EaaSi™ Monitor
EaaSi™ Monitor delivers real time metering and IOT sensor data into the
EaaSi™ PRO platform, providing live utilities consumption data for real-time
reporting and budget tracking.
EaaSi Monitor takes real-time data feeds from sub-meters located at various
points across large estates or from multiple sites. Delivering data into EaaSi™
PRO for cost centre, operation centre or tenant billing purposes as well as
budgeting and portfolio management.
Project Tracking
Using EaaSi™ Monitor in conjunction with a sub meter installed on say your
lighting output can provide insight into your actual lighting spend before you
then go out to tender allowing for a more accurate potential payback period for
investment in LED lighting.
You can then compare your historic data with your new data once you have
installed your energy efficiency solution to give you to the nearest pence
actual costings to deliver a 100% accurate payback / ROI. We achieve this by
combining live data from EaaSi™ Monitor and your actual live validated energy
contract tariffs from EaaSi™ Pro.
Data Outputs
EaaSi™ Monitor is a highly flexible solution meaning its likely we can take data feeds from
any existing sub meter or IOT sensor you have in place should third party access be allowed. If you require
new equipment for new projects or an upgrade to your existing equipment on site then we can provide a fully
project managed installation along with all the relevant equipment and support you would need.
